2. Why do I need to pressure wash my home and decks regularly?
When mold, mildew, algae and other airborne contaminants are allowed to remain on the exterior

on your siding material, concrete & gutters. Their root systems will grow into surfaces causing it to split and
crack. Regular yearly maintenance provides lasting protection against building material degradation.

3. What do I need to do to prepare for the painters?
Residential Painting:
Put all pets in a safe place. Take all art down from walls. Remove all small personal and breakable items and store safely. Disconnect all electronic devices or indicate which electronic devices need to stay connected. We will move and/or cover all other furniture and surfaces. When the painting is complete, we will clean up our work area and replace your furniture.
Commercial Painting: We are flexible to demands of the individual job, as these projects vary.
